Here are a few snapshots to give you an idea of what it may look like when they reach your building.

 

As you can see; there are ladders leaning against lanais, in front of windows, and on the roof. Drop cloths cover windows to avoid unwanted paint carried by the wind. Our maintenance crew will be walking in front of windows and on the roof. It will be noisy at times, and as you can see in the pictures below, not a very pretty place to be.

 

It takes approximately 5 years for us to complete maintenance on all 27 of our buildings, so the silver lining is that once each building is done, we won't be back to it for another few years!
